Delivery Areas
ZELÉRA delivers to all parts of Sri Lanka. Standard delivery times vary by location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Colombo & Suburbs: 2-3 business days
- Western Province: 2-4 business days
- Other Provinces: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- Base Shipping: LKR 300
- Free Shipping: Orders over LKR 5,000
- Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply (calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your shipment in real-time through our tracking portal or your registered account.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Address Changes
You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact us immediately at hello@zelera.lk or via WhatsApp if you need to make changes after this window.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (opened or unopened)
- Products not as described
- Wrong items received
Return Process
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Provide photos if the item is defective
- Receive return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us (prepaid shipping if our fault)
- We inspect and process your refund
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Opened/used products cannot be returned unless defective
- Products purchased at clearance prices are final sale
- Custom orders are non-returnable
